The Biologist Vol 62(1) p24-25

The Society's Biology: Changing the World project hopes to inspire future biologists by celebrating eminent biologists from the past. The project's working group has shortlisted the people whose contributions to biology have made the biggest impact on the world. The resulting blue plaques are now being unveiled on various buildings across the UK, in the places where great ideas, techniques and minds were developed.
