This two-day training event, which will follow the popular Crick BioImage Analysis Symposium (CBIAS), is designed to enhance participants' skills on the use of napari for bioimage analysis.

The napari workshop will:
  • Provide an introduction to conda environments.
  • Teach attendees how to use the napari viewer and its graphical user interface (GUI).
  • Showcase napari plugins.
  • Introduce to basic image analysis with Jupyter Notebooks and napari.

You will also be able to apply the knowledge and skills acquired as part of the course to your own data, by analysing your datasets under the guidance of our image analysis experts in practical sessions. By completing this training, you will be equipped with the skills to use napari effectively in your analysis projects.

This course is designed for researchers with coding experience, whether it's in Python or ImageJ macro, who want to learn how to use napari for bioimage analysis. A basic understanding of coding concepts is expected.
